Choice Physical Therapy is not part of a corporation, hospital, or conglomerate of any kind. Choice PT is a private practice owned and operated solely by Physical Therapists. Our staff work, live, and have families in the Southern Tier. We provide Physical Therapy for all ages and stages of life, treating sports and work injuries, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, motor vehicle injuries, joint and spine pain, head and neck pain, balance issues, movement disorders, and many other mechanical, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. We strive to provide the most personal and wholistic experience possible in our small office setting, and we are happy to begin treatment immediately without the necessity of referrals from other providers.
