Dr. Sydney Hayden earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nazareth University after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with minors in Coaching and Biology at SUNY Brockport. Her educational background and clinical experiences have given her a strong foundation in helping patients reach their goals, restore function, and return to the activities they love. She has worked with patients 0-101 years old while completing clinical rotations in outpatient settings, sports clinics and inpatient rehabilitation centers.
Sydney brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with various areas of rehabilitation interest, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, general strengthening and neuromuscular rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active through basketball, soccer, skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors. As someone new to the area, she looks forward to becoming part of the community and supporting individuals in their journey toward better health and movement. She is excited to be part of the team at Choice Physical Therapy!
