Johnna Folts is our Office Manager, who manages the front office and many of our operations. She adds over a decade of private practice Office Management experience to our team at Choice PT. Her expertise includes all aspects of patient account management from scheduling and insurance verification to billing and collections. Additionally, Johnna possesses a 10-year background as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor at the Corning YMCA. This skill set and experience further benefit our patients when she doubles as a therapy technician, assisting as necessary in the treatment spaces!

Johnna is also a talented artist, owning and operating her own business as a fine art painter and instructor. She enjoys the challenge of commission work and the fun of holding classes. Her favorite thing to do is spend time outdoors. She enjoys gardening and she and her husband hike, bike, kayak, fish and enjoy nature on the back of their horses, Thunder and Storm. She has an adventurous spirit and loves trying new things, especially in the company of family and friends.
